Kindly submit the application from here, complete all the relevant documents, submit it in the pdf format and send to the following email address: iec@tech4health.org.in.

Following your email, you will receive an acknowledgement email from the Tech4Health Foundation’s IEC team with instructions on paying the relevant application fee.

Steps for application procedure:

1. Please begin by filling out the registration form.
2. Upon registration, you will receive an email from iec@tech4health.org.in containing the Application Docket file.
3. Kindly complete all the relevant documents included in the docket, compile them into a single PDF file, and submit it via email to iec@tech4health.org.in.
4. Once your application is received, the T4H Ethics Committee will contact you with further instructions regarding the next steps.

• INR 60,000 for international funded study
• INR 80,000 for clinical trial projects sponsored by pharma companies
• INR 30,000 for students
• INR 5,000 for project extension fee
• INR 5,000 for project amendment fee

Non-sponsored projects:

• INR 40,000 for professionals
• INR 20,000 for students
• INR 2,500 for project extension fee
• INR 2,500 for project amendment fee

Please note that 18% GST is not included, and it should be paid over and above the mentioned IEC base fee. Furthermore, the applicant would be charged 25% more than the base IEC fee to fulfil an expedited review request.

The IEC meets on as needed-basis to review all the submitted applications. Following the meeting, the IEC approval letter is provided to the applicant within two-three weeks.
